Refund policy

  • If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or are not completely satisfied with your jewelry, please reach out and let me know so I can make it right.
  • For exchanges or returns, please contact me within 14 days from the delivery date, and items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs and returns must have a tracking number to receive store credit.
  • Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • Please note that due to its handmade nature, there may be variation in the pieces and items may not look identical to photos in the online shop.
